In this three-hour workshop, you’ll learn everything you need to know about creating your own continuous brew system – from nurturing your SCOBY and managing your first fermentation, through to flavouring and bottling for that perfect fizz.
You’ll take home:
A 2–3L jar with your own kombucha brew underway
A healthy SCOBY to continue fermenting at home
A bottle of kombucha ready for its secondary ferment

Along the way, you’ll also enjoy a guided tasting of BullaBooch’s signature blends – including some special aged batches for comparison – and gain insights into the subtle alchemy behind each flavour.
