Biodiversity Discovery Day
September 20 @ 10:00 am - 2:30 pm
Free

Come along to meet eco-heroes from state and local environmental organisations, learn simple, enjoyable, and practical ways you can be eco-friendly, and get motivated to take small, effective actions to protect the threatened species of the Blue Mountains.
You’ll also hear from two incredible speakers. Dr Michelle Ryan will be speaking on the platypus studies she’s conducting, and Fiona Hassleman will speak about bees and why they’re so important.
While you’re here you can also pop into Katoomba Library next door and check out their showcase of amazing resources available for your learning journey on biodiversity.
